Ashley's Story

Ashley is a seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor's from Howard University and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. She has over 12 years of experience working with businesses and leaders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia in a range of sectors, including education, technology, media, and hospitality. She's coached and partnered with executives from companies like NBCUniversal, Soho House, and Google. Her approach blends traditional leadership development with a strong focus on helping leaders become more adaptable, thoughtful, and inclusive, particularly when navigating diverse, multicultural teams and sensitive issues. Her unique perspective, shaped by her personal experiences and clinical work, often prompts leaders to approach their challenges in new ways. By creating a safe, open space for difficult conversations, she equips leaders with the practical tools they need to tackle complex situations with empathy and clarity. 

Driven by a passion for positive change in the workplace, Ashley also specializes in strategic organizational development, professional development, and impactful workshops.
